Refund policy

For the period of 1 year after delivery or installation, we will replace or repair all faulty components and construction. Excluded from this warranty are all situations related to damage due to abuse, misuse, fire, flood, earthquakes, acts of nature and storage of over-weighted objects.

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@metalandoak.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on the next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
